Further to our letter of October 8, 2021, communicating approval for the proposed calendar of the Public Colleges of Education for the 2021/2022 academic year, I wish to advise as follows:

• That the reopening date for continuing students be rescheduled to early January 2022

•That the reopening date for First Year students remains January 8, 2022, as earlier agreed.

The rescheduling is to enable the calendar of the Colleges to align more closely with that of the five public Universities working with the Colleges on the delivery of the B.Ed program.

Kindly take note of the change and arrange to submit a revised calendar based on the plan of alternating the presence of different cohorts of students on campus for in-person
teaching and learning.
