Confirmed: New Date Drop For Payment Of Teacher Trainee’s Allowances
The payment of the teacher trainee allowances is one of the major campaign promises of the New Patriotic Party, NPP.
Currently, the payment of the allowances has been in arrears for the past eight months.
Realnewsgh.com has intercepted a document purported to be from Waiwso College of Education Students Representative Council (SRC).

According to the document, the Principal of the College has informed the SRC that allowances are likely to be paid before the reopening of school in December 2021. Students are therefore asked to prepare for the reopening of school which comes off on the 8th January 2022.
