Abor SHS In Collaboration With ORMI and ACDA To Organize Science Technology And Engineering Fair For Students
The management of the Abor Senior High School (Aborsco) in Collaboration with Opportunity and Risk Management Institute ( ORMI) and Abor Community Development Association (ACDA) to organize the first-ever Science Technology & Engineering Fair for students.

The theme for this year’s edition is “Discovering The Genius In Future Generations”.
The best of it all is that the main organizers of the Science Fair ( ORMI & ACDA) have organized the Fair in a way that will benefit both Basic and Senior High Schools in the Volta Region. This is just the maiden edition of the Science Fair and due to this, only some selected schools from Keta, Ketu-North & South, and Akatsi South Municipalities are participating in the Fair.
The participating schools are;
- Abor SHS – Abor
- St. Paul’s SHS – Denu
- Avenor SHS – Avenorpeme
- Dzodze Penyi SHS – Dzodze
- Anlo Afiadenyigba SHS – Anlo Afiadenyigba
- Tsiame SHS – Tsiame
- Abor R.C. JHS – Abor
- Abor E.P. JHS – Abor
In all there are eight (8) schools Participating and these schools will be showcasing 40 projects of which one will be adjudged the best.
Speaking with the Organizers of the Fair, They stated that each school consists of two or more subgroups presenting different projects. That is a school is presenting more than one project.
They also added that this fair is geared towards Technological Innovations and Inventions which are helping other countries to develop rapidly.
The program will be coming on at Abor Senior High School premises on 2nd April 2022.
