Second Term Activities And Holidays For Basic Schools.
Basic Schools in the country are expected to resume school on the 10th May ,2022 to begin the second term according to GES academic calendar .
According to the Ghana Education Service academic calendar, the second term of this academic is is expected to last for Fifteen (15) Weeks.
It starts from 10th May ,2022 to 18th August, 2022.
Also, the events that will take place in the second term that are Holidays are the Republic Day and Founders Day celebrations.

1st week ending – 13th May, 2022
2nd week ending- 20th May, 2022
3rd week ending- 27th May, 2022
4th week ending – 3rd June, 2022
5th week ending – 10th June , 2022.
6th week ending- 17th June, 2022
7th week ending – 24th June, 2022
8th Week ending – 1st July, 2022 : Republic Day
9th week ending- 8th July, 2022
10 the week ending- 15th July, 2022.
11th week ending- 22nd July, 2022.
12th week ending – 29th July, 2022
13th week ending – 5th August, 2022 : Revision/Founders’ Day
14th week ending – 12th August, 2022 : Examination
15th Week ending – 18th August, 2022 ; Vacation
