REVISED ACADEMIC CALENDAR TO COMPLETE THE 2ND SEMESTER OF THE 2022 ACADEMIC YEAR
It will be recalled that towards the end of the 2022 academic year, the semester was disrupted by a nationwide CETAG industrial action on 11th November 2022.
Given the above, the assessment activities on campus were curtailed culminating in the suspension of the End of Semester Examinations for Level 200 and Level 300.
Having studied submissions from individual colleges and the collective decisions by the Colleges affiliated with the University of Education, Winneba, as well as, the work program of ITECPD, the following Calendar is issued for the guidance of all colleges:
Tuesday, 3rd January 2023 Tuesday, 3rd January 2023 Wednesday 4th January to Saturday 14th January 2023 Monday 16th to Saturday 21st January 2023
- Tuesday, 3rd January, 2023-Level 200 students Report on Campus
- Tuesday, 3rd January, 2023-Level 300 students Report on Campus
- Wednesday 4th January to Saturday 14th January 2023- Lectures begin for Level 200 and Level 300
- Monday 16th to Saturday 21st January, 2023-Level 200 commences End of the 2nd Semester Examination
- Monday 23rd to Saturday 28th January 2023- Level 300 commences End of 2nd Semester Examination
- Monday 30th January 2023-1 Semester of the 2023 Academic year begins
Please, kindly note that the examination fees payable by students of Colleges of Education have been increased upwardly by 15 beginning for this 2023 academic year in line with Government Policy.
