New Reopening date for SHS 1 Students – Check now.
The new Reopening date for SHS 1 Students is yet to be announced by the Ministry of education.
Kwasi Kwarteng in an interview with Journalist stated that the April 4, 2022 reopening date on the school placement form is tentative and students don’t need to report to their respective schools on that date.
According to him, the management of Ghana Education Service and Ghana TVET Service is working on the school placement and will give further directives on the school reopening date.
“Moreover, the Ghana Education Service and its stakeholders will soon give details on the date for the next batch of free SHS 1 Students to resume school”. Mr. Kwarteng said.
Furthermore, this statement was made by the Spokesperson regarding the petition sent by the parents of concerned students to postpone the reopening date.
They further stated that the postponement of the date will help them prepare adequately for their wards.
